1 You place an order, with all the details required: PSD, HTML/CSS package selection or CMS implementation.
2 Our sales department, receives the order and verifies the payment
3 The order is assigned to the project manager
4 The Project Manager investigates all the order details: Design, HTML/CSS requirements, Chosen CMS. If there are any questions, he will contact you to complete the investigation and project plan.
5 Once the investigation is completed, the project is divided in tasks and forwarded to coders(If you choose only HTML/CSS then the project will be sent to only one coder. If you choose a CMS implementation, we will assign a team to complete the project in the initial estimated time)
6 Once the implementation has been completed, the project is sent to Quality Assurance Department. This department will check the page in Firefox, Chrome, Safari, IE 7/8/9 (For IE6 support, there are special orders)
7 The Project Manager sends you updates and links for verifications.
8 Once you're done with checking, and the project is completed, we'll send you the invoice for second half of the payment, or if the payment has been made, we zip all the files and send them to you
9 If you require CMS customization and installation, we will provide help for additional hourly fee.
